Initial Contact and Urgent Situations
Where there is a time-critical measure such as apprehension, custody, a statement, judicial questioning, a search or a hearing, the location, file or investigation number, competent authority, current status of the person concerned and any known deadline should be stated at the first contact.
Representation of Victims and Complainants
The legal framing of a complaint, preservation of evidence, assessment of financial and non-financial claims, participation in the investigation and trial, and appeals are handled according to the victim’s specific circumstances.
